GDPR, privacy and what MixMaxer stores
Data handling in one page; the full policy is at /privacy.
- Stored: store domain and settings, offers, product titles/handles/images/prices of the products in offers, aggregate order metrics (totals, dates, offer IDs), product-pair counts for suggestions, anonymous widget impression counts.
- Not stored: customer names, emails, addresses, payment data, IP addresses.
- Hosting: Fly.io, Amsterdam (EU). Email: Resend. Both under data processing agreements.
- Shopify's privacy webhooks are implemented; deletion happens 48 hours after uninstall or on request at support@mixmaxer.com.
